Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SeePermits website and subscription services (the "Service") operated by Digi Sight LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("SeePermits", "we", "us"). By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

SeePermits provides informational reports compiled from publicly available building permit records. Reports are delivered by email to paying subscribers on a recurring basis. The Service is intended for business use by companies seeking information about construction activity in their service area.

2. Subscriptions, Trials & Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. Prices are stated in USD.
• New subscriptions may include a 14-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start a trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel, your paid subscription begins automatically when the trial ends.
• You can cancel at any time via the customer portal link included in our emails. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are provided for unused time, except as described in Section 3.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle.

3. Limited Availability & Exclusive Access

Standard reports are limited to a maximum of six (6) subscribing companies per industry niche per county. Once six subscriptions are active, we will not sell that report to additional companies in that niche and county until a spot becomes available.

Exclusive access (a report provided to only one company in a given niche and county) may be offered on request, subject to availability — generally only while no or few standard subscriptions are active in that niche and county. Exclusive arrangements require a minimum three (3) month commitment and are confirmed in writing. If we breach an active exclusivity arrangement, your sole and exclusive remedy is a full refund of the exclusive fees paid for the period during which the breach occurred.

4. Data Accuracy & No Guarantee of Results

• Our reports are compiled from public records published by government agencies. We do not control those sources and provide all data "as is", without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Records may contain errors, omissions, or delays introduced by the issuing agency.
• The Service provides information only. We do not guarantee that any report will result in business opportunities, contracts, revenue, or any particular outcome.
• Reports are not legal, financial, or professional advice.

5. Acceptable Use

• Your subscription is for use within your own company. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, or share reports outside your organization, or use them to build a competing product or database.
• You are solely responsible for how you contact any person or business referenced in a report, and for complying with all applicable laws and regulations governing such outreach (including telemarketing, spam, and privacy laws such as the TCPA and CAN-SPAM Act).
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with a pro-rated refund of prepaid fees at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

The selection, arrangement, formatting, and delivery of our reports, as well as the SeePermits name, website, and materials, are the property of Digi Sight LLC. Underlying public records remain public. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use reports internally during your subscription.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digi Sight LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

You may cancel at any time as described in Section 2. We may terminate or suspend the Service with notice; if we terminate without cause, we will refund any prepaid fees for the unused portion of your billing period.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or via the website at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
